Take a desk in a creative and central London studio space

Base Creative is a London based web design and online marketing agency. Established in 2003, it is a young, but established company, and still has plans for expansion and future development.

We want you to be a part of that by joining our creative hub of web designers and developers (and anyone else in a creative role). We’re specifically looking for freelancers that can also work with us on our projects, as we require that all our freelance suppliers are based in our studio with us.

So if you take a desk, we hope to outsource our work to you, too.

What's included?

A dedicated desk and chair (no hot desking — it’s yours).
There is a main reception and concierge service to welcome your visitors when they enter the building.
Free Internet connection.
The office is cleaned regularly and there is 24/7 security.
24 Hour Access.
Use of a soft area for meetings or for breakout. This has a computer and screen to surf the web or show presentations.
Use of a dedicated meeting room, with computer and projector for private client meetings.
No lengthy tie-ins, just one month’s notice.
Free tea and coffee, and a small kitchen area.

And the cost?

Because we’re looking to outsource our work to you, it’s likely you won’t be paying us anything (just discounting your fees to us). In the meantime, it’s £240.00 (all in) per month.
